RETURNS OF PHYSICAL PRODUCT
We shall accept the return of the product within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will only give a replacement of the Audio-CD, Video DVDs, Pen-drives and Kits In case of any technical defect
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition or Physically damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to Transport (7 Days of Delivery). - For a refund, the participant must inform the event management at the time of event day only and hand over the kit (Which includes Manual Book, Audio CD’s, VCD and other material is given during the workshop including Certificates and Membership ID Card).
- Form of Money-back satisfaction is given to Participants and participants must hand over the duly filled and signed form to the Management. After verification, the refund will be processed. The money will be refunded by Cheque or By Digital Transfer/reversed if Online Payment is done within 14 days.
- Above Time Excludes Delay by Banking Partner/Credit card or Any Delay by Payment gateway Partner or other 3rd Party which is as per the Guidelines of Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
- Once a participant demands for refund of fees due to any genuine reason, the company will surely consider your request and refund the amount to him / her , but next time if the same participant makes his / her conscious decision of attending any of our further programs and demands for refund again , then the company is surely not liable to refund the fees for any other program or products (purchased) afterwards because once the participant has asked for the refund he / she losses the faith in the trainer, program or product, in addition to this the participant hold no right to demand for the refund again under any circumstances
REFUND FOR ONLINE WORKSHOPS LIVE ON DIGITAL PLATFORMS
- Online Workshop is Digital Workshop conducted via Applications like Zoom, Webx, etc. and it is not a refundable Workshop.
- If the Participant is not able to attend the workshop, the Participant must share the Details with Sneh World Team at-list 4 Hours before the start of the workshop. Any request after that will be not entertained.
- Online workshops will start at-list 15 Minutes Early to check connectivity, Audio-Video Issues and Resolve Issues.
- The Participant who informs the Sneh Word Team about the inability to join workshop will be transferred to Next Scheduled Workshop and Participant must attend the next Scheduled Workshop after that participant won’t be able to transfer to next batch.
- The Enrolment can be transferred to another person before 4 hours of Start of Workshop and must inform Sneh World Team.
- If the payments are made through www.snehworld.com or www.snehdesai.com using Online Payment Gateway, we will refund to you through the same media as you paid from (Reversal of Transaction).

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
- If you get initialization of Refund from Team Shivangi Desai or Payment Gateway, We request you to wait for 14 Banking days and check the Account statement and re-verifying the non-receipt of refund.
- In case the refund is in your Credit card then contact your credit card company, it may take up to7 Days’ time before your refund is officially posted to your account.
- Get the refund Transaction ID from Sneh World team and contact your bank for the refund Status. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the transaction details.
If the item is marked as a gift or given as a gift by Shivangi Desai / Fit Bharat Mission then it is non-refundable.
- To return your product, Defect needs to be authorized first before the item is sent to Sneh world team for reimbursement. After the Product Defect is identified send the Product to B-14, Sentossa Greenland Bungalows, Near Science City Cross Road S.P Ring Road, Bhadaj, Ahmedabad, Gujarat-380060, India.
- Shipping Charges will be borne by the customer for the return of the product.
